Urban Solace's grilled four cheese sandwich ($9.50) is representative of their menu of American comfort food. It has the classic elements that make it a favorite among kids and adults: generously portioned cheese and crispy bread pan fried in butter, composed of ingredients that elevate this kid staple to an adult level. The gooey sandwich is stuffed with mozzarella, white cheddar, fontina, and cambozola—a sumptuous blend of cheeses that creates a complex and rich-beyond-belief 'wich that can knock back even the most serious cheese craving. Fresh basil and tomato add a sweet touch and a punch of color. The sandwich comes with skin-on Kennebec fries and creamy tomato fennel soup for dipping.
