While the Serious Eats crew has been tirelessly toiling to bring you all the delicious, entertaining, and newsworthy Thanksgiving morsels we could come up with (it's actually been way more fun than toil, with what felt like at least three pies in the office everyday), we wanted to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a happy Thanksgiving.

May your Turkey Day be filled with lots of seriously delicious food, good wine, as many pies as possible (pie-topia), and the sounds of friends and family enjoying each others' company.

Here at Serious Eats HQ we have lots to give thanks for: a fantastic, supportive community; the opportunity to share our discoveries with all of you; and the chance to eavesdrop and participate in the most passionate, discerning, and inclusive food conversations on the web.

And as Serious Eats Overlord, I am seriously thankful for the tireless efforts of everyone here at World HQ; Alaina, Kenji, Adam, Erin Z., Erin A., Maggie, Carey, Robyn, Christine, Laurel, Donna, and Dumpling are the best crew I could hope to have. I also give thanks every day for our amazing contributors from around the country and the world.
