After learning the hard way that sandwiches shipped across the country don't reheat well (see our article on In-N-Out Burgers for the scary results), the sandwich was instead hand-delivered by Robyn, broken down, reheated as individual components, reassembled, and consumed. Roast pork, pickled jalapeños, garlic mayo, roasted onions, cilantro, possibly the best sandwich of all time.
