Can you believe that we've been watching Top Chef for seven seasons? Including Top Chef Masters that's a whopping nine rounds of cheftestants, Quickfires, Elimination Challenges, and nail biting finales, and I for one have not missed a single episode. If you share this passion for all things Top Chef, you probably already know about How to Cook Like a Top Chef.

Equal parts cookbook, scrapbook, and tell all, How to Cook Like a Top Chef is a must-have for anyone who couldn't imagine spending their Wednesday evenings anywhere aside from on the couch with Padma, Tom, and Gail. The recipes are memorable dishes from seasons past such as Kevin's Oil-Poached Arctic Char from season 6 and Top Chef Master Rick Bayless's Queso Fundido Burgers. Breaking up all of the recipes are Q & A's, demos on how to hone your kitchen skills Top Chef-style, and plenty of insider info on past cheftestants—did you know that season 5 winner Hosea makes frequent poker-playing pilgrimages to Vegas or that Hubert Keller fancies himself a DJ?

For all of you Top Chef obsessives, this weekend we are giving away four copies of How to Cook Like a Top Chef. Four lucky winners will be chosen at random to receive a copy of the book. All you have to do is answer the following question in the comments below:

What was your favorite Top Chef challenge?

Contest will end and comments will close at noon EST, Tuesday, August 10, 2010. One entry per community member. Winners are limited to residents of the continental U.S. The standard Serious Eats contest rules apply.
