I work in a local kindergarden here in Modena, Italy. These kids are SPOILED ROTTEN. They get things like lasagna, fresh fish, fresh pasta with pesto, bean and barley soup, roasted chicken legs, chicken cordon bleu, eggplant Parmesan, great fresh veggies and fruits, and ALL bio stuff... Even organic dark chocolate! All of it delivered hot from a food-catering company.
The quality is so-so sometimes, but it's a lot better than the turkey gravy and mashed rehydrated potatoes or mystery meat I had back home as a kid. —BitchinFixins
