Over the weekend we asked all of you to share your Independence Day menus for our Weekend Cook and Tell challenge. Judging by all of the responses it looks like you enjoyed quite the spread. Let's take a look at some of our favorites from the Fourth.

snucci grilled some Hawaiian burgers topped with grilled pineapple, onion, and peppers, and finished the meal with these festive Firecracker Cupcakes with homemade Funfetti and Pop Rocks.

MamaCooks prepared for the holiday weekend with a week's worth of grilled meals including these Shrimp Skewers with Orange and Dill, No-Fuss Grilled Pizza and a gorgeous Flank Steak Salad.

Our own dbcurrie made some of the most adorable fireworks-inspired hors d'oeuvres, these Cherry Bombs made by stuffing hollowed out sweet cherries with tangy goat cheese and spicy Hotheads Pepper Spread.

cooking4carnivores hosted a pizza party with hand-tossed pizza and an incredible list of toppings including pancetta, prosciutto, roasted peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, kalamata olives, asparagus, roasted fennel, Italian sausage, sopressata, feta, San Marzano plum tomatoes, shrimp, artichoke hearts, and hearts of palm. But the hit of the evening was Paulie Gee's Braised Fennel Pizza.
