The Line: This line resulted in a 40-minute wait. Perhaps visiting in the mid-afternoon on a Saturday was a bad idea (the store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Voodoo Doughnut Sign: Their slogan is, "The Magic is in the Hole."

Entrance: Dear kid grabbing the wall: I feel ya.

Interior: Posters, framed photos, a giant doughnut sculpture, and more.

ATM: Voodoo Doughnut only accepts cash. Good thing there's an ATM right in the shop. The most trustworthy of ATMs.

Menus: Cake doughnuts, raised doughnuts, fritters, and vegan doughnuts galore!

Boxing the Doughnuts: Only a pink paper box will do.

Rotating Display: Gaze upon the slowly rotating doughnuts. GAZE.

Tangfastic: Plain cake doughnut with vanilla frosting, Tang, and three marshmallows. $1

Bacon Maple Bar: Raised yeast doughnut with maple frosting and bacon on top. $2.50

Voodoo Doll: Raised yeast doughnut filled with raspberry jelly topped with chocolate frosting and a pretzel stake. $1.75

Memphis Mafia: Fried dough with banana chunks and cinnamon sugar covered in a glaze with chocolate frosting, peanut butter, crushed peanuts, and chocolate chips on top. $3.95
