At Serious Eats World Headquarters last week, the conversation turned to sandwiches (as it so often does). I thought I'd made some strange sandwiches in my life, but intern Faye had us all beat:

See, I make a sandwich with goat cheese, cream cheese, olive tapenade, chipotle paste, and black truffle oil. All mashed up. Either straight on the bread, or as a filling for an omelet, and then on the bread. And sourdough is definitely best.

Hats off, Faye; I certainly don't think I've ever done weirder. What about you, Serious Eaters? What's the weirdest sandwich you make?
