Of all the meat varieties out there—sausage, ham, bacon, even steak—for some reason, chicken was never really invited to the breakfast party. Sure, there's chicken sausage, and a few fast-fooderies do chicken biscuit sandwiches (and we can't forget Chick Fil-A's Chick-N-Minis), but still. Chicken and breakfast have never been great pals. I guess you could argue that eggs come from the cluck-cluckers, but again, that doesn't really count. Do you believe chicken is underrepresented in the breakfast genre?
