A Neapolitan pizza, made with "00" flour, whole peeled tomatoes with a little red wine for flavor. Cheese is aged mozzarella; sorry couldn't afford the buffala or fior di latte. But still really good and tastes awesome. The pizza was baked in a wood-fired oven. I keep a log of my pizza pictures at http:[email protected]/ I do update quite often, although it may not all be pizza-related since I'm a pastry chef. Hah! That's weird, I know, but I did start out as a pizza-maker. Alright, that's it.
Alright ... and might I add that there's no right way of doing a pizza for My Pie Monday. No big deal if it's not buffalo mozzarella or fior di latte. Variety is the spice of slice.
