What's Your Favorite Hamantash Filling?

Tonight marks the beginning of Purim, the Jewish holiday that all of us sweet lovers know for the hamantashen—triangular, jam-filled crumbly cookies traditionally eaten on the holiday. Fillings range from poppy seeds, to prunes, to almost any fruit preserve imaginable. So tell us: What's your favorite hamantash filling?
