Kelly Choi will return as host, and Gail Simmons will join James Oseland, Gael Greene, and Jay Rayner as a regular judge. Chef line-up appears after the jump. Top Chef Masters Season 2 will premiere April 7 at 11 p.m. ET on Bravo, moving to 10 p.m. ET on April 14.
