Ferran Adrià Says He's NOT Closing El Bulli Permanently

20100126-adria.jpgOver the weekend, the New York Times reported that renowned Spanish chef Ferran Adrià was closing his acclaimed restaurant, El Bulli, permanently. Today, Adrià says that's not the case. The two-year hiatus (2012–2014) that he announced last month is still the plan. [via Cold Mud]
