Serves 5

You will need:

• 60g cous cous
• 130ml lemonade
• 40g butter

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 230 C
2. grill the cous cous
3. heat the cous cous in the saucepan
4. sauté the cous cous
5. fry the lemonade
6. toast the butter
7. bake for 60 minutes and serve hot
