Mexico One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless: "Tacos Hola!" Rick makes slow-cooked taco fillings, pork with smoky tomato sauce, and potatoes. 2:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Lidia's Italy: "Airy Pasta Pillows." In Emilia-Romagna, Lidia makes fresh pasta dough and fillings including squash, chard and ricotta. 2 p.m. ET, PBS

Iron Chef America: "Morimoto vs. Wadi." Minneapolis-based chef Sameh Wadi challenges Morimoto in Kitchen Stadium. 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Worst Cooks in America: "Multitasking." Chefs Anne and Beau teach their recruits how to make fresh pasta, fillings, and sauces to emphasize the importance of multitasking. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

101 Tastiest Places to Chowdown: "Chowdown Countdown." The fourth installment of this series features chowdown favorites #40 to #21. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel
