Pithy and Cleaver's Lemon Ricotta Cookies

Serious Beer contributor Maggie Hoffman does more than quaff brews. We'd be remiss if we didn't point you to this recipe for lemon ricotta cookies on her site, Pithy and Cleaver. "Don't be afraid if these get a little crispy on the edges," she says, "in fact, that's the best part. You shouldn't take them out of the oven until they've gotten a little golden on the bottom."
