I anthropomorphize way too much for this t-shirt.
I knew a professor who taught an environmental class, who was listening to a student who had made a rather self-congratulatory poster about not killing things for food, and it somehow involved a carrot, and the prof asked "so are you going to kill that carrot outright or slowly chew it to death." Aaaaaagh.
