Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home: "Charcuterie: Sausage and Paté." Sausage and lentil salad, two ways to make country paté, and truffle-infused sausage wrapped in brioche. 4 p.m. ET, PBS
Avec Eric: "Craftsmanship." In Le Bernardin we follow the fish butcher as he prepares hundreds of pounds of fish that's needed for the restaurant each day. We also get a look at the intricate desserts prepared by the restaurant's pastry chef. Eric travels to the Sonoma coast of California and visits Flowers Vineyard & Winery where he sees what goes into making their Pinot Noir. Back at home he cooks a dish of scallops with tomato compote and pairs it with champagne beurre blanc. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS
