White House to Offer Kitchen Garden Tours to D.C.-area Schoolchildren

White House QB bugAccording to Obamafoodorama, "Starting immediately, most Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 a.m., elementary, middle, and high school students from the D.C. area will have the chance to go on a guided tour of the Kitchen Garden, which will include a viewing of the garden, and the White House beehive, with an explanation of what is currently being cultivated and growing practices—as well as health and nutrition information."
