Avec Eric: "Traditions." Eric invites us to join the staff's dinner time at Le Bernardin. He'll share a family stuffed capon dish as he makes it for his staff. He'll also share about a recent trip to Dan Barber's Stone Barns farm and the restaurant there, Blue Hill, which is a historic farm that showcases sustainable living and agriculture that's an hour from NYC.
