Guy checks out a place that has bacon wrapped filet mignon topped with hot conch salsa, a nightclub that serves smoked salmon in a salmon BLT, and another place that has a cheeseburger soup. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

MythBusters: "Greased Lightning." The Mythbusters team tests two potential kitchen catastrophes and shoot cheese out of a cannon. 9 p.m. ET, Discovery Channel

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Cheesesteak." Bobby challenges Tony Luke's to a cheesesteak throwdown. (repeat) 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Top Chef: Las Vegas (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Meat Natalie." In the quickfire challenge, the editors of TV Guide came up with a list of shows for the chefs to use as inspiration. Then the chefs go to "Craft Steak" in Vegas to cook for Natalie Portman and her friends. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo

Dinner: Impossible (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Rock the Chef." Robert is at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to cook a meal for 250 VIPs in nine hours. The menu he prepares has to be based on these six influential genres or events: the British Invasion, the Blues, Woodstock, Hip-Hop/Rap, Seattle Grunge, and Rock and Roll. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Thursday (October 29)

Extreme Cuisine With Jeff Corwin (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Greece." Jeff milks sheep and churns the milk into toulomotyrion, a soft cheese fermented in a goat's stomach Crete. Also there he eats snails. He then goes diving for octopus and sea urchin roe and cooks Kakavia, a fisherman's stew with "scorpion fish." In the Peloponnesus, he skewers a whole lamb for the spit complete with organs wrapped in intestines, called Kokoretsi. 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Ace of Cakes (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Harry Potter and the Big Apple." Duff is invited to make a cake for the premiere of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
