With all the channels on broadcast TV and cable--and the inevitable episode repeats--it's hard to sort out what's new or worthwhile. Let us sort it out for you so you don't miss anything worth watching. Times may vary with region; check your local listings for exact hour and channels.

Monday (October 19)

Good Eats: "Fermentation Nation." Alton uses beer and wine as ingredients for several dishes. 8 p.m. ET, Food Network

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: "Blast From the Past." Guy goes to eateries that are still doing things the old fashioned way in Oklahoma City, Los Angeles, and Boston. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Tuesday (October 20)

The Jay Leno Show: Martha Stewart is a guest. 10 p.m. ET, NBC

Wednesday (October 21)

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Mac & Cheese." Bobby challenges Delilah Winder from Philadelphia to a mac 'n' cheese throwdown. (repeat) 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Top Chef: Las Vegas (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Restaurant Wars." It's this season's restaurant wars episode! It'll be a bit different though because the chefs will take over Rick Moonen's restaurant, rm Seafood. Rick Moonen will also be the guest judge. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo

Dinner: Impossible (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Sesame Street Scramble." Robert is in Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, to help celebrate Sesame Street's 40th birthday. There he has to make a meal for 250 guests in eight hours. Also everything on the menu has to start with the letter 'B.' He'll have some of Sesame Street's residents as his helpers. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
