Monday (October 12)

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: "Barbequed, Baked and Brined." Brick oven pizza at a family restaurant in Idaho, corned beef at a coffee shop turned restaurant in Ohio, and a barbeque joint in Tennessee. (repeat) 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Tuesday (October 13)

Hell's Kitchen: Gordon tests the three finalists on their international culinary skills by having each of them create a dish from different parts of the world. To judge the challenge he invites international culinary experts. By the end of the first half of the episode two finalists are left. They face off in the final challenge and dinner service to decide who will become head chef at Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. 8 p.m. ET, FOX

Wednesday (October 14)
