- Three Stars: The French Laundry is still alone at the top

I agree, Perbacco???? I'm also confused about how Mina could lose a star while One Market could keep theirs. Redd has a star but Bistro Jeanty Loses?? What are these Michelin inspectors smoking before their visits?
