Video: One Minute Apple Pie
This is a cooking show I would watch: recipes demonstrated in one and a half minutes through a combination of stop motion animation and sped up video. Here's a simple apple pie recipe from Animi, after the jump.

LOVE IT! I also love the unconventional (for us in the US) technique used.

Interesting that they split up the dough like that to get it into the pan.

Was I the only one thinking that the crust is going to be tough because it the butter was softened?

@yayfood I thought that too, and about how much they worked it -- gluten in pie crust = bad.

Man, I'm such a sucker for stop motion animation. Also, I think it's funny we were all wondering about the soft butter, over kneading, and the way they split up the dough.
