Monday (September 7)

Good Eats (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Milk Made." Alton examines milk. (repeat) 8 p.m. ET, Food Network

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: "NYC: Outer Boroughs." Tony gets help from locals in exploring the outer boroughs of NYC. He goes to Queens with chefs Chris Cheung and David Chang; Staten Island with David Johansen, lead singer of the New York Dolls; and Brooklyn and the Bronx with his friend Famous Fat Dave and other friends. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: "You Picked 'Em." Guy checks out the places viewers have recommended to him. He goes to places in Okarche, Oklahoma; downtown Los Angeles; and Houston. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Tuesday (September 8)

Hell's Kitchen: The two teams are challenged to make crepes. The winning team enjoys a nice meal at a French restaurant while the losing team prepares for dinner service. 8 p.m. ET, FOX

The Best Thing I Ever Ate (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "With Bacon." Guy Fieri, Duff Goldman, and Aida Mollenkamp share where they've had the best dishes with bacon. 9:30 p.m. ET, Food Network

Chopped (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "The Ultimate Face-Off." In the first of a four-part series, past champions return to compete against each other. A Southern seafood specialty is the ingredient in the appetizer round, leafy greens are in the entree round, and an expensive spice in the dessert round. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Wednesday (September 9)

Martha Stewart Show (warning, a video plays automatically on site): Marlow & Sons' Sean Rembold prepares a muffaletta panini, Russ & Daughter's Josh Russ Tupper cooks up a whitefish and baked salmon salad sandwich, and Baoguette's Thao Nguyen shares her recipe for "sloppy bao," a Vietnamese sandwich with spicy curry beef and mango. (repeat) 11 a.m. ET, Food Network

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Steak Fajitas." Bobby challenges Father Leo Patalinghug of the web show, "Grace Before Meals" to a steak fajita throwdown. 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Gordon Ramsay's F Word: In the season finale, Gordon starts by "sky fishing" for puffin off the cliffs of Iceland. He then returns to his old football club in Scotland to teach them how to cook healthy meals. Traveling to southern Spain, he visits one of the world's first organic caviar farms. In the recipe challenge talk show host, Graham Norton competes with Gordon on a roasted peach dish. The winning kitchen team from the season returns to cook three dishes, lobster and caviar with potatoes and a truffle mayonnaise, veal marsala with sauteed vegetables (made with meat from one of Janet’s veal calves), and the winning dessert from Gordon’s recipe challenge with Graham Norton. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America

Top Chef: Las Vegas: "Vivre Las Vegas." The contestants pair up to create the perfect French dish for chefs Joël Robuchon, Daniel Boulud, Hubert Keller, Laurent Tourondel and Jean Joho. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo

Dinner: Impossible (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Food Court Fiasco." Robert has to manage seven restaurants in the food court of the Bourse building in Philadelphia. He has only eight hours to prepare. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Man v. Food (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Honolulu." Adam is in Honolulu to try pipikaula short rib and the Loco Moco. He also takes on the Mac Daddy Pancake Challenge at MAC 24-7. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Thursday (September 10)

Ace of Cakes (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "It's a Hard Knock Cake for Duff." Duff and his friend Brett make a cake for a Best Buddies International Gala. Ben makes a cake replica of Dr. Who's enemies the Daleks. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Friday (September 11)

Chefs vs. City (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Los Angeles." Aaron and Chris challenge local Los Angeles foodies, Amy Powell, owner of Big Ed’s Gourmet Hot Dogs and Nino Linsmayer, owner of Food Lab Café Catering. They battle their way through Bangkok Market, Santa Monica pier, and a vineyard. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
