Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie: "La Cocina Andaluza: The Flavor of Flamenco." It's off to the southernmost part of Spain to visit a family of flamenco musicians as they prepare classic Gypsy dishes. We also meet a farmer who is producing jamon Iberico in the traditional way and learn about the history of gazpacho. Back in the kitchen they Ruth Reichl shares a quick and easy way to make paella. Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home: "(Not-Quite-Traditional) Roast Turkey Dinner." Julia and Jacques makes roast turkey with sausage and cornbread stuffing, gravy, creamed onions, and cranberry-apple chutney. 4 p.m. ET, PBS

Avec Eric: "Big Flavor." We meet with the saucier at Le Bernardin as he develops sauces. Then we visit a hotel in Tuscany, Italy to go on a hunt with the owner. Back from the hunt the chef at the hotel makes pappardelle pasta with a wild boar ragu. In the kitchen Eric Ripert makes roasted pork loin with wild mushrooms, and a garlic and sage pan jus. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS

America's Test Kitchen From Cook's Illustrated: "Old-Fashioned Roast Beef Dinner." Roast beef with gravy, baking popovers, and taking a look at plastic wrap. (repeat) 5 p.m. ET, PBS
