i've heard it's good for poison ivy..... next time i get p.i. -- i'll let you all know if it works.

work a bannana peel into the soil of your plant especially potted for a great way to feed them
you can use the inside of a bannana peel to polish your shoes. Yes this really does work.

if it's really ripe, I usually eat it as well. Good source of fiber. Same thing with kiwi skin as well.
