Monday (August 31)

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: "Burning Questions." Tony answers viewers' top ten questions. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: "Only at This Joint." Guy is at eateries where they do one of a kind favorites. He'll be in Portland at a BBQ place with smoking trout and lamb ribs; Deerfield, Florida, at a pub with a twist on Oysters Rockefeller; and in Boise, Idaho, at a diner where they'll put just about anything on mac and cheese. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Cioppino." Bobby challenges the owner of Phil's Fish Market in Monterey, California to a seafood stew throwdown. (repeat) 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Gordon Ramsay's F Word: Gordon meets with a model to find out what models really eat. Then Janet Street-Porter spit roasts one of the veal calves. News anchor Jon Snow challenges Gordon with his salmon fillet recipe. In the restaurant Spice Girl, Emma Bunton and her family help Gordon cook three simple and tasty recipes: gnocchi with peas and broad beans, Dover sole, and gooseberry and elderflower crumble. Gordon also teaches a group of London Underground emergency workers how to cook a delicious low-fat breakfast. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America

Top Chef: Las Vegas: "Thunderbirds." The chefs have to prepare a meal for the 300 pilots and crew of the Thunderbirds, the Air Force's elite demonstration team. The guest judge is Mark Peel. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo

Dinner: Impossible (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Feeding Frenzy at the Zoo." Robert has nine hours to prepare a dinner for 500 guests at the Philadelphia Zoo's 150th birthday. Every dish had to be based on the diets of the zoo's most popular animals: big cats, primates, birds, and reptiles. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
