Hell's Kitchen: The two teams are challenged to create two appetizers and an entree for a U.S. Marine's welcome home party. 8 p.m. ET, FOX
The Best Thing I Ever Ate (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "With My Hands." Hand sized eats with Michael Psilakis in New Jersey for burgers, Guy Fieri's favorite fried chicken, and others. 9:30 p.m. ET, Food Network

Wednesday (August 12)
Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Chicken Pot Pie." Bobby challenges the "Casserole Queens" of Austin, Texas, to a chicken pot pie throwdown. (repeat) 9 p.m. ET, Food Network
Gordon Ramsay's F Word: Gordon goes to shoot pigeons and makes pigeon salad, Janet takes her calves to a country show, and Tom Parker Bowles attempts to cook and entire pig using every part. In the Healthy Appetite segment, Gordon teaches a family with eight kids how to make food fun and delicious. TV host Edith Bowman challenges Gordon with her recipe for haggis. Also former rugby world champion Matt Dawson and his family take on the dinner challenge. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America
Top Chef Masters: "Masters of Disaster." The remaining four chefs first take on a blindfolded taste test quickfire challenge. After, they have to use their leadership and managing skills to cater a large event without touching any of the food. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo
Dinner: Impossible (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Roller Derby Debacle." Robert has eight hours to prepare a meal for 250 roller derby women. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Ha, Bourdain was hilarious this week. Wasted in every single segment, having an absolute blast with great food and good friends.
