That is fucking badass. I'm doing it tomorrow. And I've been weaving bacon like that all week for BLTs at work. We weave it raw and then roast it so it all kinda shrinks together.

I like it in theory...but the whipped cream and fruit throws me for a loop. Leave off those top layers and I'm in.
