Panda Cake
New to us, via Neatorama, comes panda bread. It's sure to make the hearts of panda lovers everywhere explode with rainbows. Or, if you've ever wanted to eat pandas, this can be your socially safe panda-eating outlet.
Basically, it requires strategic folding of various colored doughs (green tea, cocoa) to form the ULTIMATE panda in baked form.
Make sure to check out the original Japanese recipe to see other examples of panda cakes, some of which I'm sorry to say look like mutant strains of panda.
Because nothing says "I love you" like a panda cake.

I used to love pandas when I was a little kid. In fact, there are probably 50+ old stuffed pandas in my parents' attic that serve as a reminder of my youthful panda obsession. If I had any baking skills, I would totally make that!

Yup. Gonna have to make some panda bread after finals are over. As long as I survive.

While I'd definitely sink my teeth into the above bread - it did remind me of this. Which I wouldn't eat. On a bet. While drunk.

At 31, I still love pandas! My 21-year-old stuffed panda can attest to that!!!
