Video: Awkward Orderer
Ordering can be a lot of pressure. When I haven't made up my mind and the waiter is slowly circling around the table towards me, I feel it. There's so much to consider: double-ordering, price, recommended dishes, and more. Because I frequently have a difficult time making my own mind up when I go out to eat, I can sympathize with the guy in this video. It all gets off on the wrong foot when the waiter says, "Have a nice meal," and the boyfriend awkwardly quips back, "You too." From there, things quickly become hilariously uncomfortable. See for yourself, after the jump.

I thought that was hilarious! It's funny when some people are asked what the would like to eat, even when they have plenty of time, you can tell they look/feel uncomfortable or even under pressure.

This is hilarious. I am never ready to order, and I always tell my companion to order first. Most of the time I just ask the server what's good and tell them to bring me whatever.
The part about replying with "you too" cracked me up. I am notorious for doing this on my birthday. "Happy Birthday!" " Thanks! You.... too...."

Mr Confident Orderer there should have checked to ensure everyone was ready. Manners fail!

OMG, just too funny. I'm never ready also, but only because I want to eat the entire menu.

Is it normal my attention was drawn to her cleavage?

I always know what I want (that's why they give you a menu before ordering, duh ...) and slow orderers really chap my hide.
You are not on death row, this is not the last meal you will ever eat, if it turns out to be less than the greatest meal you have ever had in your life, you will get over it ... now for God's sake will you please just order something? Pretty please? With sugar on top?

@redfish....I cried I laughed so hard (and I am a guilty party!) "You are NOT on Death Row"....LOLOLOL!

That got a little over ridiculous with the gun shooting part.
It's probably actually a good idea to always know what you want if you are on death row. A slow orderer will have their hide chapped before they figure out their last meal.

That's pretty stupid actually...All the parts pretty well overplayed.

That was cute. I enjoyed it. I invited guests out to eat before and something similar happened with them. Not as extreme, but funny nonetheless.
I like to get to know the place ahead of time. Get the menu, snoop around a little bit, ask for suggestions...that way, when I get there I can relax (I'm an ingredient investigator).
Good video!
