The Early Show: Chef Bobby Flay prepares a meal. 7 a.m. ET, CBS

Gordon Ramsay's F Word: News anchor Krishnan Guru-Murthy and his family cook for fifty diners, morning show host Kate Garraway challenges Gordon to beat her recipe for bread and butter pudding, Janet Street-Porter continues to try to rear veal that will match Gordon's standards, and Gordon takes his son to hunt for rabbits. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America
Top Chef Masters: "Offal Tasty." This week's chefs are Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill), Cindy Pawlcyn (Mustards Grill), Wilo Benet (Pikayo) and Ludo Lefebvre (Ludo Bites). Their quickfire challenge is to create a dish based on a color (which is from Top Chef season two). Then they go out to LA to make offal for people on the streets. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo
