Burrito Tape
Who likes a leaky burrito? No one. In his webcomic Wondermark, David Malki presents a solution to wounded burritos: burrito tape, "strips of tortilla coated with a light corn flour paste" conveniently packaged in a roll.

That's why I prefer burritos to be wrapped in foil then I just peel strips of foil of progressively as I eat. Generally helps hold it together well. Does get kind of messy I guess...with all the strips of foil all over the table.

Ha! Once I ordered a burrito (didn't review the restaurant) and it fell apart as they were making it. The place shall remain nameless, but they wrapped the whole burrito in another tortilla. I went with it for novelty sake, but wouldn't recommend.
They could have used some burrito tape.

Oi!! I've already invented this product!!! (A couple of years ago, in fact, but I can't get help getting it to the people!)
It's called Tortilla Tape. (Say it out loud, you'll see it sounds much better.)
It's a bit more complicated than flour-paste covered tortilla (that would be too thick, not flexible enough, and possibly tear just as badly as the wrap), but I'm having trouble getting it off the ground.
Maybe this will help!
