Egg McBao

Jason Lam of Me So Hungry makes a Egg McMuffin-esque breakfast sandwich out of a plump Chinese steamed bun, slice of ham, melted cheese, and a fried egg. Note to self: I need to make more sandwiches out of bao.

never thought i would say that bao + cheese in any combo would look appetizing, but that looks pretty yum

That looks good. I've been putting both country ham and La Quercia prosciutto on faux McMuffins lately, pretty terrific with grated parmesan or other nicer cheeses.

I used to do this all the time when I was younger, only it was with Filipino pan de sal. Delish!
