I complained about their new packaging and they sent me a coupon for free juice. About a month later they sent me a letter saying they were going back to their old packaging and sent me another coupon.

I just bought some Tropicana O.J. on Tuesday and damn if I didnt have to look twice at the carton. I thought it was some generic brand. Very bad packaging.

@andysophiemom -- I wish I had thought to voice my complaint! I'd love a coupon for free juice! I thought the packaging redesign was really a bad move too...it looked like a no-name brand labeling.

you almost don't need a coupon...D'Ags is practically giving it away $1.99 manager told me people keep asking why they don't have Tropicana any more!

I don't get it. It's just a freaking package. The juice itself didn''t change, still the same expensive juice.
Some people have way too much free time on their hands, in my opinion. There are a range of things that ought to raise the ire of the American public. Yet, the issue that aroused howls of protest and a letter writing campaign: orange juice.

Proves to me that Americans for the most part have saw dust for brains.
I buy whatever premium O.J. is on sale that week, if it is Tropicana in the new package I'm not going to mistake it for generic.
