vicky's macaroons link turns up a 404 for me.

The macaroons link should work for you now!

I don't keep kosher myself so maybe I shouldn't be preaching, but the cabbage recipe has bacon in it . . . for passover? seems wrong.

Here's a recipe for Matzo Latkes, except they're made with cottage cheese instead of potato. Really yummy. Could be for an appetizer or main meal - http://veryculinary.com/_blog/?p=1104

@Cebca: The recipe can easily become Passover-friendly with some oil instead of bacon, but yes, good call.

For those who keep Kosher for Passover, the "Fava Bean, Asparagus, and Green Bean Salad" is not Kosher for Passover unless you're a Sephardic Jew. Most Jews do not eat kitniyot (legumes).

Last night my father declared my matzoh meal rolls the best he'd ever eaten (even though it's my mother's recipe that she's been making for years!): http://verbatim.blogs.com/verbatim/2009/04/the-taste-of-april.html
