Made in Spain: "Sophisticated Tastes: Pais Vasco." José makes pintxos (small regional tapas), a delicate cod dish known as bacalao al pil pil, brings us to a cider bar for bacalao, explores the city of San Sebastian, and he visits Arzak, the restaurant of one of his mentors. 3:30 p.m. ET, PBS
Simply Ming: "Sambal; Creme Fraiche." For a simple appetizer Ming makes spicy crab dip. Then he shares a recipe for spicy wok clams and leeks. Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli of Butter in NYC makes roasted shrimp with spicy cucumber sambal and lemon Creme Fraiche. 4 p.m. ET, PBS

Cook's Country From America's Test Kitchen: "Fish Made Easy." This episode they'll be sharing recipes for poached salmon with herb and caper vinaigrette, poached salmon with bourbon and maple, crunchy oven fried fish, poached salmon with dill and sour cream sauce, and sweet and tangy tartar sauce. They'll also be talking about fish spatulas. 5 p.m. ET, PBS
Lidia's Italy: "Sweet Napoli." Lidia makes pizzelle stuffed with escarole and sausage and baba. 5:30 p.m. ET, PBS
Everyday Food: "One-Pot Wonders." Paella, cooking chicken and dumplings in a Dutch oven, penne with broccoli, eggs in spicy tomato sauce, and minestrone soup. 6 p.m. ET, PBS

This has absolutely nothing to do with the actual links, but I just wanted to say thanks for warning when a video plays automatically on the site. I often have headphones on at work and too many times I've been plastered to the ceiling with annoying auto-play videos that are just too loud.
