Moderate Drinking May Help Build Bone Density

20090324-beerbones.jpgPeople who drink a glass or two of wine or beer daily have denser bones than non-drinkers, according to a Yahoo! News report. But it's not as easy as the more you drink, the better your bones—those who downed two or more servings of hard liquor daily had significantly lower BMD. The study was originally published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
