Hamantashen cupcakes aren't just cupcakes topped with a hamantashen. Stef of Cupcake Project explains that, like the cookie, the cupcakes are also triangle-shaped, have a sugar cookie flavor, and filled with jam—and then they're topped with a hamantashen.
