Portrait of Obama Made Out of Cereal

"Breakfast of Champions" by artists Hank Willis Thomas and Ryan Alexiev is a portrait of President Barack Obama made out of cereal:
The sugary sweet mosaic, made of thousands of cereal bits, depicts idea of what a healthily balanced breakfast (democracy) might look like when considering the role that marketing plays in myth building around corporate and political brands.
The portrait appeared at The Armory Show in New York City this past weekend. You can buy a print of the portrait from Cerealart.com. Check out more cereal art at ryanalexiev.com. A closer look, after the jump.
