I love the little baby dutch rabbit on the front page of this story here at SE. He looks just like the one I had as a teen ager. My mom didn't like the idea that he would be caged so she paper trained him.
I know they're rodents. I still think they're cute. :D

Actually rabbits are not rodents, they are a member of the order Lagomorpha which has only a few members being Rabbits, Hares and Pikas.
And they are cute. ;)

That's cute. So how would you cook these? I didn't notice a recipe. I would think olive oilm shallots, and garlic would make them pretty tasty. Thoughts?
