Spilt Milk Cereal Bowl

The Spilt Milk bowl from Fred is designed to look like a splash of milk. Perfect for containing cereal and milk, although anything else might look weird. Available from Perpetual Kid in mid-April for $13.99. [via Gizmodo]

Cute kid~love the missing tooth. The bowl--interesting look, but my kids would still have drops of milk on the counter regardless. And if our doggie, Miss Ellie, got a hold of that bowl, the plastic splashes would be chewed to oblivion in a matter of seconds.

I'm having an anxiety attack just looking at that photo. I think I'd always be waiting on edge to clean up the "spilt milk."

Very cute, but a little pricey for a bowl for your kid. I give my toddler his cereal in a bowl and his milk in a sippy cup. That way if he throws it on the ground, its only a few quick sweeps.

Very cute. Way too expensive, but very cute. I'd like one for myself if it were cheaper.

It is cute, but no matter the cuteness quotient: if you're under the age of 12, the bowl stays ON THE TABLE.

I love Fred. Everything they do is so creative that I feel un-clever every time I look at their site. I also want to buy everything. A curse on those clever RISD people!!!

Hi, it's me, Fred. I just wanted to mention that this bowl is made from 100% silicone. That means it's just a little wiggly, which makes it fun to hold. Silicone also makes it unbreakable, so junior can really have his way with it, and totally food-safe and dishwasher-safe. Finally, as has been noted in other comments, it makes the bowl a bit expensive - pure silicone does not grow on trees :-) . Anyway, I love this product, if I say so myself, and I hope all of you do too...
