You could use the leftover tops to make a chocolate crumb crust for a pie or something. Or say do something like make a bowl of whipped cream and set all the tops around...kind of like chips and dip.

Wow...This is like the ultimate Oreo cookie. I always say you can never have too much of the cream filling (though I think we're getting pretty close with this particular sandwich)! :)
