Made in Spain: "Seas of Delicacies: Baleares." José travels to Iles Baleares and makes an omelet with sobrasada. At a black pig farm in Mallorca he makes a dessert from pork lard. Then, on the island of Menorca he goes lobster fishing to make a traditional lobster dish. He also visits a cheese maker and gin makers where he shows a recipe for a perfect gin and tonic. 3:30 p.m. ET, PBS
