A new season of Last Restaurant Standing has started on BBC America. The couples battle it out through each week challenges with their restaurants for their own brand new restaurant with the financial and personal backing of Raymond Blanc. 9 p.m. BBC America

Monday (February 2)

Good Eats (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Orange Aid." Alton uses oranges to make a marmalade, a sherbet, and a creamy cold dessert. 8 p.m. ET, Food Network

Will Work For Food (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "1830's Chef and Wine Angel." Adam prepares a 19th century meal at Old Sturbridge Village in Massachusetts. He then goes to Las Vegas works as a "wine angel" in Aureole Restuarant's wine tower. 8:30 p.m. ET, Food Network

Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Return to Route 66." Guy goes eastward on Route 66 and visits eateries in Flagstaff, Arizona; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Chicago. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: "Chicago." Tony Bourdain travels to Chicago. 10 p.m. Travel Channel

Tuesday (February 3)

Dirty Jobs: "Diaper Cleaner." Mike goes to Queen Creek, Arizona to press olives. 9 p.m. Discovery Channel

Last Restaurant Standing: "Episode 2." Eight couples work to create their perfect restaurant. "Episode 3." Customers set their own prices so the couples have to come up with ways encourage them to pay generously. 8 and 9 p.m. BBC America

Chopped (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Banana; Collard Greens; Grits." The chefs use bananas for the appetizer round, collard greens for entrée round, and grits for the dessert round. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Wednesday (February 4)

The Today Show: Chef Seamus Mullen is a guest. 7 a.m. ET, NBC

Good Morning America: Chef Sandra Lee is a guest. 7 a.m. ET, ABC

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Arroz Con Pollo." Bobby challenges La Fonda Boricua's the head cook, Jorge Ayala, to see who prepares the best Arroz Con Pollo. (repeat) 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Top Chef: "Le Bernardin." The chefs cook at Le Bernardin where they will be judged by chef Eric Ripert. 10 p.m. Bravo

Man V. Food: "Portland." Host Adam Richman goes to Portland, Oregon and eats at the Stepping Stone Cafe and Voodoo Doughnut. He also takes on the Great Balls of Fire Challenge at Salvador Molly's where he must eat five habanero chili cheese fritters drenched in habanero hot sauce. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Thursday (February 5)

The Today Show: Chef Amanda Freitag is a guest. 7 a.m. ET, NBC

Hell's Kitchen: The teams compete in another challenge and struggle to provide a decent dinner service. 9 p.m. ET, FOX

Ace of Cakes (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Food Fashion and Galactic Bounty Hunters." In this episode Duff builds a giant whisk for a benefit in NYC, the team designs shoes for a benefit fashion show, and builds a replica of Boba Fett's ship. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

In the UK,Last Restaurant Standing was called The Restaurant and it was one of my favourite shows. I cannot believe how little people who want to run restaurants know about food! Enjoy :)
