Chewing the Fat: Batali and Bourdain on Paris Hilton

Mario Batali and Tony Bourdain are a couple of champion fat chewers who know and like and respect each other a great deal, so we thought why not bring them together for the next set of Chewing the Fat episodes.

Mario Batali and Anthony Bourdain discuss what they like to order then they eat out at restaurants and the tastiest cuts of meat. What does this have to do with Paris Hilton? Watch the video to find out.

The new season of Tony's show No Reservations airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on the Travel Channel. Mario's show, Spain...On the Road Again, co-starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Mark Bittman, continues on PBS.

Tha Paris Hilton of meats indeed :D

and "Beggin for her own bernaise"? Classic!

haha..."no fat and a blank stare." That's the best line ever.

That's hilarious...I love these guys. How great would it be to have a meal with the two of them and chat it up like this.

....and if any of you have had that experience I don't want to hear about because it'll just make me extremely jealous.

Every Friday I get to have a big smile on my face because of these two. Thanks Serious Eats.

Hmm....like a few months ago, I remember there being some new series where a group dines and talks with Bourdain... Sort of like a late night talk show for Travel Channel (I think it was Travel Channel).

Wonder what happened with that. Does anyone remember this? Is the show still going?

I saw the show and I think it only aired once , as it wasn't listed in the tv listings the next week .

If only they could get Alton Brown as well, we'd have a new holy trinity of cooking.

Batali, Bourdain, and Brown
The Good, the Bad, and the Nerdy!
