Quote of the Day
"I can't believe I'm admitting to eating Top Ramen this often, but in the past couple of months I have had two separate packets that contained two flavor packets each. And then today my ramen contained no flavor packet. Where's the beef (powder), Top Ramen?" —Michele Humes

That would be a sad day indeed. Glad it didn't happen with the ramen I ate for breakfast.

LOL It is only funny when it happens to someone else. :P
When I buy cheap noodles, I don't get tooo mad and make my own broth (still annoyed). I do get ticked off when I am missing soup base, oil, meat, and/or garnish in my packets/boxes of more expensive ramen.

Well, next time you'll learn to save the extra packet. By the way, while I was at the grocery store last night, I added some ramen to my cart, but the ramen section was very picked over. A sign of the times, I guess.

I eat ramen a lot lately, too. Usually with an egg. I have not experienced the packetless ramen, but I've had two eggs with blood spots in them recently.

this has to be the saddest commentary on the cooking skills of said ramen buyer. You actually would take the time to complain about the missing 3 cents worth of seasoning in your twenty five cent ramen? squirt of ketchup? hosin? an egg? grated cheese? lemon juice and soy? garlic powder? black pepper? none of these things, not a single one, was available? just you and some hot water and a defective sack of ramen noodles. was there a bowl? or a spoon?
