Takes a thin slice pf ham, fries it in a pan and when it's nice and crispy on the sides lay some cheddar on it until the cheese is all melty and runny. Then top it with sliced tomatoes and lettuce. A little mayo and toasted bread. We simply call it the Super Sammich.

Spicy brown mustard, cheese on whole grain bread! Maybe some pickle slices if I am feeling sassy.

My favorite ham sandwich is grilled with a slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese. That sandwich, along with some crispy chips and a pickle, has served me well.

Yum! A delicious ham sandwich sounds so tempting right now! In my opinion, the best sandwich has a generous slice of great-quality ham between 2 slices of really good bread. Adding cheese, mayo, mustard or lettuce is just a matter of what's in the fridge and the diner's mood.
